Description of Service Status

Service Status Description
Valid The service start date is earlier than or equal to current date, and the service end date is later than or equal to current date. The device is entitled to have the service as stipulated in contract.
Invalid The service end date is earlier than current date, the service is ended and the device is not entitled to have the service as stipulated in contract.
Canceled The contract is canceled due to different reasons, it can’t act as the evidence for the service.
Service Not Effective Yet The contract is signed, however, customer has not yet paid, in which, the device is not entitled to have the service as stipulated in contract yet.
Service Effective Date Not Start Yet Service contract is currently effective, however, service start date is later than current date, in which, the device is not entitled to have the service as stipulated in contract yet. Service status will automatically change to “Valid” once calendar date is equal to service start date.
Currently Valid As project status is in borrowing or pending for inspection, which cannot confirm maintenance specific end date. Service status will refresh automatically until the project is completed or officially placed the order.
